Refund and Returns Policy
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached. This policy covers all products: hoodies, t-shirts, tracksuits, jumpers, sweatpants, jackets, and shorts.
How to Start a Return
Follow these 4 steps to return an item:
- Email info@bplanethoodieshop.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- Receive return instructions and the return address within 24 hours on business days.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging with tags attached.
- Receive your refund or exchange within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Refund Timelines
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after inspection. Your bank or card provider may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to show the refund in your account.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are free for the first exchange on any order. Broken Planet hoodies and jumpers run oversized, so check the size chart on each product page before ordering — size down one size for a regular fit. Request an exchange the same way you request a return, and state the new size you need.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns on 3 types of items: items worn or washed after delivery, items returned without original tags and packaging, and items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Email photos of the item and packaging to info@bplanethoodieshop.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, where we cover the full cost.
